(News Portal – Dong Nai) - On January 10, Viet Phat Group Joint Stock Company, in coordination with Dong Nai Province, held a groundbreaking ceremony for the Commercial Center and Office Leasing Project in Hiep Hoa Ward, Bien Hoa City.

The event was attended by Member of the Party Central Committee and Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Hong Linh; Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vo Tan Duc; Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Dong Nai Province Cao Van Quang; Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council Hoang Thi Bich Hang; along with members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee and leaders of various departments, sectors, and Bien Hoa City.
The Commercial Center and Office Leasing Project in Hiep Hoa Ward spans nearly 12 hectares along Dang Van Tron Street. This project is designed as a comprehensive commercial service center, offering services such as dining, beverages, children's play areas, and rental spaces for fully equipped retail booths and shelves. It also includes leasing and subleasing of premises, warehouses, conference halls, and office spaces. Additionally, the project encompasses import, export, wholesale, and retail distribution of goods in compliance with regulations. The project will also involve the construction of technical infrastructure for three surrounding roads as per the planning, which will be handed over to the state for management. The total investment for the project exceeds VND 6 trillion.
A representative from Viet Phat Group JSC stated that once operational, the Commercial Center and Office Leasing Project in Hiep Hoa Ward is expected to cater to approximately 10 million visitors annually. The project is scheduled for completion and operation by 2027.
Speaking at the ceremony, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vo Tan Duc highlighted that the Commercial Center and Office Leasing Project in Hiep Hoa Ward is one of the province's key projects. It is a large-scale commercial center that will feature a supply chain of premium products from renowned brands, along with internationally standardized services, providing customers with an exceptional experience. Upon completion, the project is expected to become a landmark in the architectural landscape of the area, an attractive destination for tourism, shopping, and leisure. It will gradually contribute to transforming the appearance and enhancing the urban space and architectural landscape of the Hiep Hoa Islet.

Chairman Vo Tan Duc emphasized that the groundbreaking ceremony is just the beginning. To ensure the project is completed on schedule, safely, and with high quality, the province's relevant agencies must clearly identify this as a key provincial project. Authorities need to uphold a strong sense of responsibility to support and work closely with the investor, promptly resolving any difficulties or obstacles during the project's implementation.
The investor and partners are expected to continue demonstrating strong determination, maximizing resources and workforce to quickly complete the legal procedures and begin construction. The project must adhere to safety and quality standards, be completed on schedule, and be brought into operation as soon as possible, following the principle of "fastest time – best quality – highest efficiency."
