​(News Portal – Dong Nai) – On the afternoon of August 30, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vo Tan Duc held a working session with relevant departments, agencies, and localities to address obstacles and difficulties related to investment in industrial parks within the province.

Currently, the province has seven industrial park projects in the process of completing procedures for new investments and expansions, including Long Duc 3; Bau Can-Tan Hiep; Xuan Que-Song Nhan; Phuoc Binh; Phuoc Binh 2; Long Duc Phase III; and Amata Phase III B. These industrial parks are facing certain challenges in completing the required documents and procedures, particularly regarding policies and investment approval processes from the central government agencies.

In recent times, the Dong Nai Industrial Zones Authority has coordinated with relevant departments, agencies, and localities to advise and propose that the Provincial People's Committee direct the resolution of legal procedures related to investment policy approval and investor selection. Additionally, they have proactively worked with the Ministry of Planning and Investment to expedite the legal procedures for these IPs, aiming to soon establish them and create land funds to attract new investments.​

After listening to the opinions of the departments, agencies, and localities on specific issues related to each project, Chairman Vo Tan Duc requested that, based on these obstacles and difficulties, the relevant units accelerate the execution of their assigned tasks. In the coming time, the provincial leadership will have a working program with the Ministry of Planning and Investment to promote the progress of establishing industrial parks in the province. Therefore, by early September, the relevant units are required to review and report on issues and specific recommendations so that the province can have a basis to propose to the competent authorities.
