According to the Department of Finance, to achieve this, efforts were focused on from the beginning of the year. The management of declarations, inspections, and exploitation of revenue sources, as well as urging debt collection and tax deferrals, were implemented promptly. Inspection and auditing activities of various departments and levels were actively carried out during the process of handling administrative violations and recovering post-inspection and audit conclusions. These efforts contributed to tapping additional revenue sources for the budget.
In the field of import and export, administrative procedure reforms, and the promotion of electronic customs procedures were effectively implemented. Notably, the implementation of the Smart Customs model and the project for digitalizing state management activities in customs in general, and tax management of import-export goods in particular, were prioritized. Tax collection and declaration activities were conducted electronically, ensuring that tax payment information is timely and accurate, thereby reducing the time required for businesses to complete administrative procedures.
