The Suoi Luc Bridge has been expanded synchronously in the vehicle lane
section with the section of Provincial Road 765.
The Traffic Safety Solutions Project for narrow bridges on provincial roads commenced at the end of 2023, and by early May 2024, the contractor had completed the construction work. The project involved the expansion of 3 narrow bridges on Provincial Road 765 in Cam My district to ensure the width of the vehicle lane on the bridge matches the width of the vehicle lane on Provincial Road 765, ensuring traffic safety for vehicles.
Specifically, the 3 bridges on Provincial Road 765, including Suoi Luc (at Km14+380), Suoi Nhat (at Km14+679), and Suoi The (at KM18+284), have been upgraded and expanded. The bridges' cross-sections were increased from 8.8m and 8.75m to 12m. After the investment and expansion, the 3 bridges now have a cross-sectional width of 12m, with a 9m-wide vehicle lane, ensuring compatibility with the width of the vehicle lane on Provincial Road 765. The total investment for the project is nearly VND 13 billion.
Provincial Road 765 spans over 28km, starting from its intersection with National Highway 1 and ending at the border with Ba Ria - Vung Tau province. This road serves as a key connection between Xuan Loc district and Cam My district, with the majority of its length passing through Cam My district. It also plays a crucial role in the transportation network for the eastern communes of Cam My district.
