July 8, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Hong Linh held a
working session with the Vietnam Aviation Exhibition Joint Stock Company.
Attending the meeting were Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee
Vo Van Phi and leaders of various provincial departments and agencies.

At the session, the Vietnam Aviation Exhibition Joint Stock Company, along with businesses and universities from China and Thailand specializing in aviation-related fields, proposed ideas related to the production of seaplanes and the training of human resources for the aviation industry.
Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Hong Linh highly appreciated the ideas proposed by the experts, business representatives, and educational institutions. He particularly focused on two main issues: training human resources for the aviation industry in Dong Nai and the seaplane production project. Dong Nai fully supports these ideas and is ready to assist businesses, especially in the areas of training and providing local human resources for the aviation sector in Dong Nai. Special attention is given to the collaboration in training aviation personnel.
Dong Nai also welcomes the proposal to establish an aviation training school in the province. The Secretary affirmed that Dong Nai is ready to support and develop such projects. Dong Nai, with its large population and abundant human resources, is highly hopeful for collaboration to implement strategies for local, overseas training, and the development of aviation education. This will contribute to providing local human resources for the aviation industry in Dong Nai in the future.
Dong Nai has already planned land reserves for the construction of vocational training schools and can provide land and support the development of training systems as soon as there are specific investors and projects.
Regarding the proposal to develop a seaplane production project at Tri An Lake in Dong Nai, many investors are currently researching this issue. Therefore, the Secretary believes that the development of this project requires specific investors and projects. Based on this, the province will consider and select feasible projects for cooperation and development.
