​Bien Hoa plans to implement 3 projects of social housing​

Social housing project is being implemented at Quang Vinh Ward, Bien Hoa City

In 2023, Bien Hoa City plans to implement 3 social housing projects. It is an area of about 1.4 hectares at Long Binh Tan ward. Currently, the Department of Construction has submitted to the Provincial People's Committee for consideration and approval of the planning estimate for bidding to select a consulting unit according to regulations. It is expected that the Department of Construction will approve the overall site agreement document in April 2023.

Social housing in the land area of about 2.85 hectares at Tan Hoa ward: Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee has approved the Decision on investment policy, the Division of Urban Management is implementing the detailed planning scale 1 /500. Currently, it has been submitted to the City People's Committee for consideration and approval of the planning estimate for bidding for consultancy units according to regulations. It is expected that the City People's Committee will approve the planning project in May 2023.

Social housing in the land area of about 1.65 hectares at the resettlement area of National Highway 1A by passing Bien Hoa city at Phuoc Tan ward. The project has been approved by the Provincial People's Committee for the partial adjustment of the detailed construction planning at the scale of 1/500, the People's Committee of Bien Hoa City has assigned the Finance - Planning Division to preside over the preparation of the bidding proposal.

Up to now, Bien Hoa city has had nearly 10 social housing projects, apartments put into use with more than 2.2 thousand apartments. In addition, social housing apartments A6, A7 at Quang Vinh ward with a scale of more than 430 units are being deployed.​
