Violations primarily represent manufacturing, transporting, trading in counterfeit and poor-quality commodities; infringements of food hygiene and safety for cattle, poultry and the use of banned products and additives; trading in contraband and illegally imported cigarettes (included on list of goods banned from trading); and breaches of listed price; labeling, business permits, lack of business conditions and doing business in irrelevant fields.
The business inspectors and the provincial inter-branch inspector panel 127/Dp have inspected two firms, discovering and fining two cases, contributing VND4.2 million to the budget. The panel also examined and fined seven cases, collecting VND76.5 million to the budget.
