The congress was attended by 225 representative delegates for more than 3,800 members of 94 grassroots Associations among the Navy.
In its past term, the Navy’s women have made vital contributions to completing political tasks and protecting the country’s sea, islands, and marine platform.
Over many years Navy Women’s Association have been awarded certificates of merit by Vietnam Women’s Association. Twenty collectives and twenty five individuals were awarded certificates of merit by the Navy and its 300 members won the “Grassroots Emulation Fighter” title.
The Navy’s women are required to keep enhancing emulation movements, especially the movement – the Navy’s women attempt to learn, work, be creative, complete the Navy’s tasks, and complete the tasks given by the Army’s Women’s Association and Vietnam Women’s Association that are associated with “Study and follow the ethical example of President Ho Chi Minh” campaign.
The Congress elected a delegation composed of 16 members to attend the congress of the Army’s Women in the forthcoming time.
