On March 29 Afternoon, representatives of Taiwan Trade Association presented, at Department of Labour, War Invalids and Social Welfares, VND 200 million to 3 centres - Center for sponsoring the elderly, the disabled and people with mental illness (VND80 million), Bien Hoa Centre for sponsoring orphans (VND60 million) and Centre for raising children with disabilities and mental illness.
