Only 270 enterprises register salary scales and payrolls

According to the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, after 2-month implementation of Decree No 168/2007/ND-CP on stipulating the common minimum salary level and the regional minimum salary level for each type of enterprises, the sector deployed and provided the training courses for all types of enterprises. However, only 270 enterprises have submitted their salary scales and payrolls to the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs until now.

        According to the regulations, all enterprises must register their salary scales and payrolls on March 15 so that the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs could assess and approve for implementation in the early second quarter. This content will be also paid attention on the occasion of the “National Week on Labor Hygiene & Safety and Fire & Explosion Prevention” held in the coming time.
