Hanging National Flag on September 2

    Accordingly, cadres, civil officials, armed force, employees in administrative organs, party divisions, organizations and state-owned, private and foreign-invested enterprises could have one day-off on Wednesday (September 2, 2009). All of the organs, agencies, firms, industrial agro forestry farms, schools, hospitals, military barracks and each household are required to hang National flag from August 31 to late September 2.
