Get-together Held to Welcome the 81st Anniversary of Vietnam National Reunification Front

On the morning of November 11, Dong Nai Fatherland Front Committee held a get-together to mark the 81st Anniversary of Vietnam National Reunification Front (November 18, 1930 – November 18, 2011).

 At the anniversary, Vice chairperson of the Standing Committee at Dong Nai Fatherland Front Committee Nguyen Xuan Chien delivered a speech, reminiscing about the path of a glorious history of   Vietnam National Reunification Front

Since its inception, Dong Nai Fatherland Front has gone side by side with the revolutionary battle of Dong Nai’s Party organs and people and has been led by the Party.

Dong Nai Fatherland Front has constantly been strengthened and expanded.

It has strived to make changes to its contents and methods of operation, and make the province’s Fatherland Front affairs more and more practical and effective to meet people from all walks of life’s legitimate aspirations and to reach a general agreement among the community.

On this occasion, Venerable and Chief of Board of Directors of Vietnam Buddhism Association of Dong Nai Province Thich Minh Chanh was awarded the State President’s medal for President Ho Chi Minh’s great national solidarity and 43 other individuals were awarded Vietnam Central Fatherland Front Committee’s commemorative medals.
