During last year, 1568 turns of officials and civil servants went abroad to 37 countries and territories, 80 percent higher than 2009. Most of the purposes were to learn experience, attend conference or seminar, find opportunities to do business or make investments …Besides, 156 delegations paid working visits to the province, mostly to give aid to public health, education, agriculture and AO victims …
