    The competition has the participation of 8 teams divided into 2 groups of A (Bien Hoa Power Co., Tan Phong Ward, Dong Nai Water Supplying and Drilling Co. and Tam Hoa Ward) and B (Bien Hoa club, Trang Dai, Binh Da and Long Binh Tan Wards). The teams will play in a round robin tournament, in which the first and second-ranked teams of each group will compete with each other.
