On the morning of June 23, the Standing Committee at Dong Nai Party Committee held an assignment meeting in the second quarter of 2011 to identify tasks in the third quarter.

Assignment meeting

In the second quarter of 2011, units accomplished most of their major tasks including propaganda plans and calling for all classes of people to participate in the election of deputies into the 13th National Assembly and of deputies into levels of People's Council in 2011-2016 period

Addressing the meeting, Mr Le Hong Phuong noted that Fatherland Fronts, organizations, and unions are required to update operational methods, to improve the quality of their operations that are associated with the implementation of the Party and the government’s guidelines and policies and that unions’ activities must be combined to promote its strengths, to maintain economic and cultural development, and to stabilize politics.

Also, Phuong stressed that units should focus on evaluating the implementation of Dong Nai Party Executive Committee’s Resolution no.01, and of the government’s Resolution no. 11 on curbing inflation, stabilizing macro-economy, thereby giving advice and specific proposals, enhancing propaganda programs to make people fully understand and follow the Party and the government’s guidelines and policies, and especially promoting propaganda on sea and island security, and clarifying our viewpoints and acts towards China’s moves.
